Biography

2016: Appeared in all 14 games.  Earned All-MEC First Team honors for the second consecutive season with his team third-best 74 tackles including 53 solo and one tackle-for-loss (-3 yards).  Added two interceptions for 19 yards, nine pass break ups and three block kicks, and one punt return. Named to the D2CCA All-Super Region 1 Second Team.  Named to Don Hansen's Football Gazette All Super Region 1 First Team Defense, First Team D2football.com All-America, and an honorable mention selection for the 2016 Don Hansen NCAA Division II All-America Team.

2015: Appeared and started in all 14 games. Gained first team All-MEC Honors as he recorded 55 tackles (37 solo) with 2.0 tackles-for-loss (-4 yards). Added 11 pass breakups, three interceptions, a forced fumble, and a fumble recovery.  Garnered second team All-Region honors from Don Hansen's Football Gazette. Scored a pair of touchdowns on the year  on a 15-yard return of a blocked punt against Fairmont State and on a 24-yard fumble return against Urbana.

2014: Appeared in 10 games with three starts. Recorded 15 tackles (10 solo) with one tackle-for-loss (-5 yards). Added four pass breakups, a forced fumble, and an interception.

2013: Appeared in seven games. Recorded five tackles (all solo).

2012: Redshirted.

Personal: The son of Emmet and Gayle Sullivan. A 2012 graduate of Gwynn Park HS, Sullivan is majoring in sports medicine/athletic training.
