Prior to Shepherd: a 2014 graduate of Patriot High School where he played football for Brud Bicknell... a four-year lettwinner in football... a three-time second team All-District selection.

Personal: The son of Victor and Janis Ceglie... his cousin, Mark Ceglie, played football at West Liberty... his father played football at Youngstown State... His cousin, John Ceglie, played football at Marshall, while his cousin, Matt Ceglie p[layed at West Virginia... majoring in criminolgy.
