2023: Appeared and started in 28 games ... batted .299 with 32 hits in 107 at-bats ... drove in 23 runs and scored 24 ... added a double and three home runs ... drew five walks and was hit-by-pitch five times ... recorded a .990 fielding percentage in 193 chances.

2022: Appeared and started in 36 games ... batted .354 with 45 hits in 127 at-bats ... drove in 20 runs and scored 10 ... added eight doubles and a home run ... drew 14 walks and was hit-by-pitch four times ... added a sacrifice fly ... posted a a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage in 171 chances.

2021: Appeared in 24 games with 20 starts ... batted .242  with 15 hits in 62 at-bats ... scored 15 runs and drove in eight ... added one double and one home run ... drew seven walks  and was hit-by-pitch four times ... was 2-of-2 in stolen bases ... posted a .978 fielding percentage in 178 chances.

2020: Appeared in 15 games with 14 starts ... batted .304 with 14 hits in 46 at-bats ... scored 13 runs and drove in 11 ... added two doubles and a home run ... drew 12 walks and was hit-by-pitch twice ... was 5-of-5 in stolen bases ... posted a .980 fielding percentage in 98 chances.

Prior to Shepherd: A 2018 graduate of North Point High School where he played baseball for Wade Nadolsky ... a four-year letterwinner in baseball ... lettered three years in football ...  a three-time first team All-Southern Maryland Athletic Conference  choice in baseball ... also named 2018 Charles County Male Athlete of the Year ... named to the 2018 Rawlings Mid-Atlantic Team and a 2018 first team All-State choice... recorded 74 tackles and seven sacks to help football team win a Maryland 4A East Regional Championship ... had .518 batting average with one home run as a sophomore ... posted a .493 batting average  as a junior ...added a .593 batting average with four homers as a senior . ... a transfer from the University of Maryland.
