2021-22: Appeared and started in all 29 games ... averaged 10.8 points, 4.6 rebounds, and assists ... added a team-high 42 steals and two blocked shots ... scored a   career-high 22 points against Bowie State ... grabbed a career-high 10 rebounds against Shippensburg ... recorded a career-high five steals against Clarion.

2020-21: No season due to COVID-19.

2019-20: Appeared in all 29 games ...averaged 3.9 points and  2.4 rebounds ... added  37 assists and five steals ....scored a season-high 15 points against Seton Hill ...  grabbed a season-high seven rebounds against Shippensburg ... had five assists against Seton Hill ... posted a season-high three steals against Bowie State.

2018-19: Appeared in 27 games with one start … averaged 2.6 points, 2.1 rebounds, and 1.3 assists … scored a season-high 12 points  and grabbed a career-high five rebounds against West Virginia State ... tied a career-high effort with five assists against Concord.

2017-18: Appeared in 23 games with 14 starts … averaged 3.7 points, 1.3 rebounds, and 1.6 assists … scored a career-high 16 points in upset win over Wheeling Jesuit … grabbed a season-high four rebounds against UVa-Wise and Concord … handed out a career-high five assists against Urbana.

Prior to Shepherd: A 2017 graduate of Musselman High School where he played basketball for Derek Basile ... lettered three years in basketball and two in football ... was a three-time All-Conference and two-time All-Area  and All-State selection ... named first team All-State and Area Player of the Year as a senior .. selected to the West Virginia North-South All-Star Game ... averaged 15 points, 10 rebounds, and five assists.

Personal: Majoring in mathematics ... his father, Ron Stephens, played basketball at Frostburg State ... his brother, Jake, plays basketball at VMI.
