2016-17: Team captain ... appeared and started in all 30 games ... earned honorable mention All-MEC honors as he averaged 12.2 points, 5.8 rebounds, and 4.5 assists ... led the team with 45 steals ... added 17 blocked shots ... scored a season-high 30 points and a career-high five steals against West Virginia State ... grabbed a career-high 15 rebounds against Lincoln ... selected to Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges

2015-16: Team captain ... appeared in 29 games with 26 starts ... averaged 12.7 points, 5.0 rebounds and a team-best 5.0 assists ... led the team with 39 steals and added nine blocked shots ... scored a career-high 37 points against Charleston ... grabbed a career-high 13 rebounds against UVa-Wise ... dished out a career-high 12 assists against Glenville State ... his 37 points and 12 assists were the most by any Shepherd player in a game all season.

2014-15: Appeared in 30 games with 10 starts ... averaged 6.0 points, 2.8 rebounds, and 2.3 assists ... his 2.3 assists per game were second on the team ... was also second on the team with 36 steals ... added three blocked shots ... had a season-high 16 points against Fairmont State ... grabbed a season-high eight rebounds against UVa-Wise.

2013-14: Appeared and started in all 30 games... averaged 11.0 points, 4.3 rebounds and 2.0 assists... had a team-best .609 field goal percentage...led the team with 51 steals and added 11 blocked shots... scored a career-high 23 points against West Virginia Wesleyan... grabbed a career-high 12 rebounds against Mercyhurst.

Prior to SU: A three-year basketball letterwinner at North Point High School... averaged 15.4 points, 6.8 rebounds, and 3.7 steals... garnered First Team All-SMAC and Honorable Mention All-Met accolades...was a member of the 2010-11 state champion team at North Point.... scored over 1,000 points and grabbed over 500 rebounds in his career... helped lead his team to a 74-5 mark over three seasons.

Personal: The son of Cassandra Edwards.... a 2013 graduate of North Point High School, Muhammad is majoring in business administration.
