2017-18: Appeared and started in all 29 games ... averaged 10.9 points, 6.6 rebounds and 0.4 assists ... led the Rams with a .723 (120-166) field goal percentage .. scored a career-high 22 points at Urbana ... grabbed a season-high 13 rebounds against Concord ... scored 20 points or more on three occasions ... his four double-doubles were second on the team.

2016-17: Appeared and started in all 30 games ... averaged 8.2 points, 5.3 rebounds and 0.5 assists ... second on the team in blocked shots with 22 ... added 14 steals ... scored a season-high 21 points in a win at Glenville State ... grabbed a career-high 14 rebounds in a win over East Stroudsburg ... posted two double-doubles on the year.

2015-16: Appeared in 28 games with 26 starts ... averaged 6.4 points, 4.8 rebounds and 0.2 assists ... tied for the team lead in blocked shots with 21 ... added 11 steals ... scored a career-high 21 points in a win over Virginia Union ... grabbed a  career-high 10 rebounds on three occasions ... posted three double-doubles on the year.

Prior to Shepherd: A 2015 graduate of Colonial Forge High School where he played basketball for Jason John ... helped lead his team to a 27-2 mark with back-to-back Virginia 6A state championships by averaging 14 points, six rebounds, and two blocks ... garnered Free Lance Star All-Area Boys Basketball All-Area Player of the Year, Conference 4 Player of the Year and VHSL and VHSCA first team All-State accolades.
