Prior to Shepherd:  A 2016 grad of James M Bennett High School where he played for Deb Sebach... lettered in golf all four years and one year in tennis... helped his team to the 2015 Bayside Conference title... named to 2016 First Team Bayside Conference and a 2015 Bayside Conference honorable mention... held a 41.5 average through high school.

Personal: Son of Brian and Teena Workman... majoring in recreation and sports studies.
