Matt D'Amico returns to the Shepherd coaching staff after serving as an assistant coach in 2012.

D'Amico was a four-year starter for the Rams from 2007-10. He helped lead Shepherd to a 12-6 record as an All-Region selection in 2010. The Rams (7-2-0)  set  a school record for most conference wins in a season. that year.

A 2012 Shepherd graduate with a bachelor's degree in biology, D'Amico recently coached for the Bethesda Soccer Club.
