2025: Appeared and started in all 16 games ... recorded 24 goals and four assists for 28 points ... added 14 ground balls, seven caused turnovers, and four draw controls ... had a career-high six points in win over Wheeling ... tied a career-high with four goals in win over Wheeling ...  had multiple goals in seven contests ... scored three goals or more in four games ... tied a career-high effort with three ground balls against Kutztown ... had a career-high two draw controls against Shippensburg ... tied a career-high effort with two caused turnovers against Wheeling.

2024: Appeared in 16 games with 15 starts ...  recorded 16 goals and two assists for 18 points ... added nine ground balls,  five caused turnovers, and a pair of draw controls ... had season-high efforts of three goals and three ground balls against Bloomsburg ... tied a career-high effort with two caused turnovers against Frostburg State ... scored multiple goals in five contests.

2023: Appeared and started in all 17 games ... had 32 goals and three assists for 35 points ... added 17 ground balls, five caused turnovers, and one draw control ... scored a career-high four goals against Bloomsburg (twice) and Shippensburg ... had a career-high five points against Shippensburg ... had a career-high two caused turnovers against Chestnut Hill and Bloomsburg ... recorded a draw control against Wilmington and Shippensburg ... had multiple goals in 10 contests ... scored three goals or more in five games.

Prior to Shepherd: A 2022 graduate of Century High School where she played lacrosse for Becky Groves ... lettered two years in lacrosse. 

Personal: The daughter of Christie Dadds and Chris Poe ... majoring in early childhood education ... hails from the same high school as former Rams Kira Barth and Nicole Ruane.
