2023: Appeared in 29 matches with 28 starts ... played in 110 sets ... gained second team All-PSAC East honors as she recorded a team-best 276 kills ... added 265 digs, 38 blocks (four solos), 37 aces, and 19 assists. 

Prior to Shepherd: A 2023 graduate of Middletown High School where she played volleyball for Jaime Pryor ... lettered four years in volleyball ... named Frederick County Player of the Year ... named to AVCA All-American Honor Roll ... set five team records ... a member of the state runner-up team ... recorded three triple-doubles.

Personal: The daughter of Jaime Crosthwait and David Pryor ... majoring in physical education ... her brother Luke, played baseball at Mount St. Mary's and with the Frederick Keys of the MLB Draft League.
