Prior to Shepherd: A 2024 graduate of John Carroll where he played soccer for Jimmy Fendryk ... lettered in soccer and tennis ... a two-time All-State and All-Metro choice ... a three-time All County selection ... named to All-American Watchlist ... tallied 54 goals and 41 assists in his career ... a transfer from Queens of Charlotte where he played soccer for Oliver Carias ... named to dean's list twice.

Personal: The son of Jen and Darren Petty ... majoring in education ... his father, Darren, played soccer at Francis Marion University ... his mother, Jen, was a swimmer at Washington College.
