2024: Appeared in 16 games with 24 starts ... had two goals for four points ... took 16 shots with six on goal ... scored a goal against Millersville and Shippensburg.

2023: Appeared in 17 games with 16 starts ... earned 2023 All-PSAC East honors as he scored four goals and added an assist for nine points ... his four goals and nine points were second on the team ...  took 26 shots with 12 on goal ... scored the game-winning goal on a penalty kick in a 2-1 win over Pitt-Johnstown.

Prior to Shepherd: A 2021 graduate of Boonsboro High School where he played soccer for Mike Long ... played four years of varsity soccer ... a two-time County Player of the Year ... a two-time All-State selection ... leading scorer in the county as a junior and senior ... a three-time all-Area and All-Conference choice ... scored 32 goals and added 23 assists ... played for the MLS Next for Baltimore Armour.

Personal: The son of Karen and Michael Long ... majoring in business marketing ... his father, Michael, played soccer at Hagerstown Community College ... his brother, Keegan, played lacrosse at Frederick Community College ... his cousin, Jack Krasny, played lacrosse at Howard Community College and Flagler ... his uncle, Christopher Long, played soccer at Hagerstown Community College.
