Biography

2015: Appeared in 17 games with 16 starts ... recorded six points on two goals, two assists, 19 shots with with six on goal, and one game-winning goal against Concord.

2014: Appeared in 15 games with 13 starts... recorded one goal for two points on the year... scored Shepherd's first goal of the season in a 4-2 win over Chowan in the season opener.

Prior to Shepherd: A 2014 graduate of Washington High School where he played soccer for Kevin Robins...a member of two conference and two regional champion teams... a three-year starter... a two-time second team All-Conference choice... had 16 goals and 18 assists over his career.

Personal: The son of Michael and Gwendolynn Newhouse... majoring in recreation/leisure studies.
