Kendra Bamberger enters her second season on the staff as she was named assistant women's basketball coach for the Rams in July 2023.

Bamberger came to Shepherd after recently serving as an assistant coach at Frostburg State. 

Bamberger was a four-year standout for Millersville University from 2014-19.  She helped lead the Marauders to 59 wins and four PSAC Tournament appearances over her career. She finished her career with 603 rebounds to rank 15th on the Millersville all-time list. Bamberger led the Marauders in rebounds (174), rebounds per game (6.2), and assists (81) as a senior. 

She earned a bachelor's degree in sports business from Millersville in 2019. She added a master's degree in sports management from Frostburg State in 2021.
