2023: Placed fifth (57th overall, 27:18.20) on the team at the Don Cathcart Invitational … placed sixth (195th overall, 28:27.5) at the Aubrey Shenk Invitational …  finished fifth (164th overall, 30:43.8), at the PSAC Championship …  placed sixth (171st overall, 28:45.8) at the Atlantic Regionals.

Prior to Shepherd: A 2023 graduate of Martinsburg High School where she ran cross country for Kasey Whisel ... lettered four years in cross country and three in track ...  a three-year member of the National Honor Society ... a two-year member of the Social Studies and Science National Honor Societies.

Personal: The daughter of Kristin and John Cushwa ... majoring in historic preservation ... her uncle, Scott Brooke '98, ran cross country at Shepherd from 1994-97 ... her brother, Jack Cushwa, plays lacrosse at Allegheny College.
