Prior to Shepherd: A 2023 graduate fo Brunswick High School where she ran cross country for Lee Anne Zumbach and Warner Zumbach ... lettered in cross country, indoor track, and outdoor track ... went to states in cross country in 2021 ... qualified for states all three years (missed one because of COVID) for the 4x800 relay in track ... recorded personal bests of 5:51in the mile, 2:48 in the 800, 4-6 in the high jump, 23:20 in 3 miles, 22:16 in 3.04 miles, and 21:54 in 5000 meters.
