2017: Appeared and started in all 18 games ... tied for the team lead with 35 ground balls ... added 13 caused turnovers, and four draw controls ... had a career-high three caused turnovers against Charleston ... named MEC Defensive Player of the Week for April 10 after recording four ground balls, three caused turnovers and a draw control in a win over Charleston.

Prior to Shepherd: A 2014 graduate of Loudoun Valley High School where she played lacrosse for Tracey Albro ... a three-year letterwinner in lacrosse ... a first team 2013 All-Dulles District and All-Northern Section choice ... a member of the 2014 State Runner-up and 2013 State Semifinalist teams.
Personal: The daughter of Alex Munford and Angela Bell ... majoring in fitness and exercise science ... her stepfather, Tim Bell, played football at Shepherd.
