Cameron Beckner

Cameron Beckner enters his third season as an assistant coach for the Shepherd women's lacrosse program.

He works primarily with the goalkeepers and the defensive unit.

Beckner, who lettered 13 times in four different sports in high school, was a three-time All-Conference performer in ice hockey in high school in Michigan. He set a single season scoring record with 52 goals and 49 assists for 101 points as an All-State selection as a junior. He played two years of junior hockey after high school.

Beckner played three years of golf at Shepherd and served as team captain in 2012. He had 11 Top-10 finishes, three Top-5 finishes, and was the medalist at the 2012 WVIAC Southern Regional Championship.

Beckner graduated from Shepherd in 2013 with a bachelor's degree in physical and health education.
