2024: Appeared and started in all 16 games ... gained second team All-PSAC East honors as she recorded a team-high 47 goals and 10 assists for a team-high 57 points ... added 10 ground balls, six draw controls, and five caused turnovers ... scored a career-high seven goals in a win over Barton ... had a career-high two draw controls against Millersville ... scored three goals or more in nine contests ... scored multiple goals in 14 out of 16 games  ... had five goals and an assist in a win over Millersville ... named to CSC Academic All-District At-Large Team.

2023: Appeared and started in 10 games ... recorded 18 goals and five assists for 23 points ... added 12 ground balls, seven caused turnovers, and a draw control ...  had four goals and an assist in a win over Lock Haven ... tallied four goals and two assists in a win over Chestnut Hill ... recorded three ground balls against Chestnut Hill and East Stroudsburg ... named to CSC Academic All-District At-Large Team.

2022: Appeared in eight games ... recorded three goals and one assist for four points ... added one ground ball ... scored a season-high two goals in win over Frostburg State ... had a goal and an assist in win over Kutztown.

Prior to Shepherd: A 2021 graduate of Concordia Prep where she played lacrosse for Carlyn Stefanelli ... lettered in lacrosse, volleyball, and basketball ... tallied over 100 goals in her career ... gained All-Conference honors as a sophomore and a senior ... a two-time team captain.

Personal: The daughter of Lisa and Dan King ... majoring in health promotion and exercise science ... her brother, Jarrod, played lacrosse at Utah.
