2024: Appeared and started in all 16 games ... recorded 28 ground balls and 15 caused turnovers ...posted a career-high five ground balls against IUP and West Chester ... posted a career-high four caused turnovers against IUP. 

2023: Appeared and started in all 17 games ... recorded 32 ground balls, 14 caused turnovers, and four draw controls ... tied a career-high with four ground balls against Chestnut Hill ... tied a career-high with two caused turnovers on four occasions ... posted a pair of draw controls against Bloomsburg.

2022: Appeared in 10 games with one start ... recorded 12 ground balls and two caused turnovers ... had a season-high three ground balls against Bloomsburg ... recorded a caused turnover against Shippensburg and Millersville.

2021: Appeared in 10 games with five starts ... recorded nine ground balls, four caused turnovers, and a draw control ... recorded career-high efforts of four ground balls and two caused turnovers against Bloomsburg on March 17 ... her draw control came against Kutztown on April 6.

Prior to Shepherd: A 2020 graduate of Poolesville High School where she played lacrosse for Michael Wills ... also lettered in field hockey and played JV basketball.
