2025: Appeared and started in all 16 games ... earned first team All-PSAC East honors as she recorded a Shepherd single-season record 65 ground balls, 47 draw controls, and 37 caused turnovers ... tied a career-high effort with six caused turnovers in season finale against East Stroudsburg ... recorded a career-high nine ground balls against West Chester ... recorded a career-high five draw controls at East Stroudsburg ... garnered honorable mention USA Lacrosse Division II All-American honors ... named to CSC Academic All-District At-Large Team and IWLCA Division II Academic Honor Roll.

2024: Appeared and started in all 16 games ... scored a goal for one point ... garnered first team All-PSAC East honors as she added a team-best 48 ground balls, a team-best 32 caused turnovers, and 11 draw controls ... her goal (the first of her career) came against East Stroudsburg ... tied a career-high effort with six ground balls against Georgian Court ... had a season-high five caused turnovers against Kutztown and Bloomsburg ... had a season-high three draw controls against Bloomsburg ... earned second team IWLCA  All-Atlantic Region honors.

2023: Appeared and started in all 17 games ... garnered  second team All-PSAC East honors as she recorded 38 ground balls, 19 caused turnovers, and five draw controls ... had a career-high six ground balls in win over Lock Haven ... had a career-high six caused turnovers against Bloomsburg ... had a career-high two draw controls against East Stroudsburg ... named PSAC East Defensive Athlete of the Week for April 11 for her four ground balls and six caused turnovers against Bloomsburg.

2022: Appeared in four games.

Prior to Shepherd: A 2021 graduate of Damascus High School where she played lacrosse for Ellis Hagan ... lettered four years in lacrosse and one in basketball ... a captain for the lacrosse team as a senior ... played for the Rebels Club Lacrosse team.

Personal: The daughter of Jennifer and Troy Witmer ... her sister, Courtney, played lacrosse at Seton Hill ... .her cousin, Danielle Tunnell, played lacrosse at Cincinnati and Grand Valley State ... majoring in biology.
