2022: Appeared and started in all 16 games ... recorded 23 ground balls, 13 caused turnovers, and two draw controls ... recorded career highs of four ground balls and three caused turnovers against Millersville ... recorded a draw control against Slippery Rock and Kutztown.

Prior to Shepherd: A 2020 graduate of Concordia Prep. where she played lacrosse for Carly Stefanelli ... lettered in four years in lacrosse, soccer, and basketball ... also lettered in football ... named to IAAM All-Conference team and a IAAM Character Coin Award winner in lacrosse in 2017 ... selected to IAAM All-Conference Soccer Team in 2018 ... earned the Coach's Award for lacrosse and MVP Award for soccer in 2017 ... gained Most Improved Award for basketball in 2018 selected to All-Conference lacrosse team in 2019 ... earned Academic Letter Award in 2018 and 2019 ... an Honor Roll recipient 2016-20 ... garnered Scholar-Athlete Award and was a  Princeton Book Award nominee in 2019 ... named Class Valedictorian and earned English Department Award in 2020 ... added Scholar Athlete Award and Senior Athlete Award in 2020 ... recorded 100 career goals and 75 assists in high school career.
