Prior to Shepherd: A 2018 graduate of University High School where she played soccer for Graham Peace ... a four-year letterwinner in soccer ... lettered one year in lacrosse ... named 2017 Player of the Year and Region 1 Player of the Year as a member of the 2017 State Runner-Up team ... a member of the 2016 WV State Champion team ... named Ohio Valley Athletic Conference Player of the Year in 2016 ... a two-time Two Rivers Athletic Conference Player of the Year, Ohio Valley Athletic Conference Champion, and Two Rivers Athletic Conference Champion .. started in 63-of-64 games ... recorded 27 goals and 35 assists ... led team to a  62-15-8 mark.
