2017: Appeared and started in all 19 games ...  earned second team All-MEC honors as she recorded two goals and one assist for five points ... had 21 shots with 12 on goal... scored both goals in a 2-0 win over West Liberty ... named to 2017 United Soccer Coaches NCAA Division II Women's Scholar All-South Region Team as a third team selection ... named Outstanding Health Promotion and Exercise Science Major award winner.

2016: Appeared and started in 15 games... recorded 18 shots with eight on goal... named to All-MEC Second Team. Named to All-MEC Academic Team (3.7-4.0 gpa).

2015:  Appeared in 19 games with 19 starts ... recorded one goal and four assists for six points, took 17 shots with nine on goal, and scored one game-winning goal ... tied for first on the team in assists ... named to All-MEC Second Team.

2014: Appeared in 19 games with 17 starts... recorded one goal for two points on the year... her goal came in an 8-0 win over Chowan.

Prior to Shepherd: a 2014 graduate of Hampshire High School where she played soccer for Luke Samples... lettered in soccer, basketball, and track... was a team captain for all three sports... won Ramells Award as top athlete at Hampshire... also named Most Outstanding soccer and track athlete... scored 22 goals and had 15 assists as a senior... a second team All-State choice in soccer... also gained All-State honors in track.

Personal: The daughter of Robert and Tina Harwood... majoring in fitness and exercise science.
