Prior to Shepherd: A 2014 graduate of Mercersburg Academy ... lettered in baseball, football, and basketball ... an All-MAPL selection ...  had a .421 batting average ... a transfer from Tampa where he played baseball for Joe Urso ... gained All-Academic SSC honors at Tampa.
