Prior to Shepherd: A 2024 graduate of Leonardtown High School where she played volleyball for Stephen Correll ... a first team All-Southern Maryland Athletic Conference (SMAC) choice ... a second team  Washington Post All-Met selection in 2023 ... a member of two  MD 4A State Finalist teams ... played on three regional champion teams and two SMAC Champions ... graduated Magna Cum Laude ... a transfer from St. Mary's College of Maryland.

Personal: The daughter of Laurie and David Zartman ... majoring in business ...  her aunt, Colleen Oakley, played basketball at East Carolina and Loyola ... her aunt, Kara Marshall, played basketball at Loyola ... her uncle, Ian Marshall, was drafted by New York Mets in 2005 and played at University of Richmond, he later was drafted by Atlanta Braves in 2010 and played for the Braves organization from 2010-2013 ... her uncle, Benji Marshall, played baseball at the University of Richmond.
