2019: Appeared in 36 games (137 sets) with 35 starts... led the Rams in assists (1184) and aces (62) ... added 293 digs, 35 blocks (5 solo), and 84 kills on the season .
 
2018: Appeared and started in five matches (15 sets) ... recorded 139 assists, 36 digs, 16 kills,  seven blocks, and three aces.

2017: Appeared in 29 matches (107 sets) with 26 starts ...  gained first team All-MEC honors as she led the Rams with 1,021 assists and 40 aces ... added 324 digs and 40 blocks (5 solo) ... had 64 kills.
 
2016: Appeared in 32 matches (107 sets) with nine starts... recorded 472 assists, 157 digs, 32 aces, two block assists and two solo blocks... second on the team in assists. Named to the Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll (3.25-3.69 GPA).

Prior to Shepherd: A 2016 graduate of Westminster High School where she played volleyball for Ed Benish.

Personal: The daughter of Greg and Brandi Karcz ... majoring in recreation/leisure studies.
