2024: Appeared and started in all 30 matches ... played in all 133 sets ... earned All-PSAC East first team honors as she recorded 239 kills with a .285 attack percentage ... added a team-best 153 blocks (a team-best 21 solos), two digs, and an assist ... a two-time PSAC East Athlete of the Week honoree ... garnered D2CCA All-Atlantic Region second team honors.

2023: Appeared and started in 24 matches ... played in 88 sets ... recorded 133 kills, 72 blocks (10 solos), 10 digs, one ace, and one assist.

Prior to Shepherd: A 2023 graduate of Monroe Woodbury High School where she played volleyball for Steven Pallogudis ... a three-year starter ... gained first team All-Section in 2021 and 2022 ... added third team All-State honors in 2022.

Personal: The daughter of Alessandra and Daniel Ryan ...  majoring in health promotion and exercise science.
