Brandon Hlavach (Baltimore, Md./Eastern Tech) was named Rookie of the Year, junior offensive lineman
Lavonte Hights (N. Chesterfield, Va./Meadowbrook) was selected as Lineman of the Year, sophomore punter
Ruan Venter (Morgantown, W.Va./Morgantown) was named Special Teams Player of the Year, while senior wide receiver
Billy Brown (Gaithersburg, Md./Gaithersburg) was selected as Most Valuable Player.
The Defense edged the Offense, 44-41, in the annual spring game.
