Box Score EAST STROUDSBURG, Pa.  – Lauren Green scored four goals and Lauren Nunes added three goals and two assists to lead East Stroudsburg (2-0) to a 17-7 win over Shepherd University (0-2) in women's lacrosse action at East Stroudsburg on Wednesday.

Erin Phelan (Thurmont, Md./Catoctin) led the Rams with four goals and an assist.

Savannah Shores (Trappe, Md./Easton) recorded 18 saves for the Rams. The 18 saves by Shores tie the school single game record set by Emily Melanson against Stonehill in 2011. Jessica Maxwell had five saves for the Warriors.
East Stroudsburg had a 9-3 lead at halftime behind four first half goals from Green.
East Stroudsburg had a 26-16 edge in ground balls and a 15-11 advantage in draw controls. The Warriors had a 43-14 shots advantage.
The Rams return to action on Saturday when they travel to Lock Haven for a 2 p.m. match.
