WEST LIBERTY, W.Va. – Shepherd University recorded a 3-0 (25-17, 26-24, 25-21) win over West Liberty in MEC volleyball action at West Liberty on Saturday.

Senior outside hitter Amanda Snowden (Hagerstown, Md./Smithsburg)  led the Rams (18-6, 6-4 MEC) with 13 kills. Sophomore outside hitter Cambriea Hill (Columbia, Md./Hammond)  and sophomore outside hitter Peyton Lindblad (Spotsylvania, Va./Riverbend) each added nine kills. Hill also added a match-high four aces and 13 digs.

Sophomore setter Jessica Karcz (Westminster, Md./Westminster) recorded 29 assists and 10 digs, while sophomore libero Imani Major (Gainesville, Va./Millbrook) also posted 10 digs.

Olivia Baumhoer had 10 kills and Kailee Cunningham added 15 digs for the Hilltoppers (16-12, 7-6 MEC).

The Rams return to action on Friday when they host Urbana for a 7 p.m. match.
