GREENSBURG, Pa. – Shepherd University (19-7) dropped a 3-1 decision (25-20, 18-25, 25-13, 25-14) to Seton Hill (16-8) in non-conference volleyball action at Seton Hill on Tuesday night.
Junior outside hitters Peyton Lindblad (Spotsylvania, Va./Riverbend) and Seone Goode (Fredericksburg, Va./Riverbend) led the Rams with 11 kills apiece. Sophomore middle hitter Nicole Murray (Hagerstown, Md./North Hagerstown) added seven kills, while junior outside hitter Cambriea Hill (Columbia, Md./Hammond) had six.
Senior setter Becca Kern (Martinsburg, W.Va./Musselman) contributed 32 assists and seven digs, while junior libero Imani Major (Gainesville, Va./Millbrook) had 18 digs.
Viktoria Farian had 15 kills and 16 digs to pace the Griffins. Cameron Baril added eight kills, while Hannah Moeller had a match-high 20 digs.
The Rams return to action on Thursday night when they travel to Notre Dame for a 7 p.m. match.
