MANCHESTER, N.H. – Shepherd University (2-1) dropped a 3-1 decision to Saint Anselm (3-0) in volleyball action on Sunday afternoon. The Hawks posted a 25-17, 25-22, 22-25, 25-21 victory.
Junior outside hitter
Peyton Lindblad (Spotsylvania, Va./Riverbend) led the Rams with 14 kills. Freshman outside hitter
Alex Farnsworth (Las Vegas, Nev./Liberty) added nine kills and nine digs, while freshman middle blocker
Georgia Ohmke (Falls Church, Va./Justice) had nine kills. Junior setter
Jessica Karcz (Westminster, Md./Westminster) contributed 37 assists and nine digs.

Imani Major (Gainesville, Va./Millbrook) posted 16 digs, while junior outside hitter
Cambriea Hill (Columbia, Md./Hammond) added seven kills and nine kills.
Catie McCarthy had 18 kills and 21 digs to lead the Hawks.
The Rams return to action next Friday when they travel to West Virginia State for the MEC-PSAC Challenge. Shepherd will face Mercyhurst at 1 p.m. and Slippery Rock at 4 p.m.
