LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – Junior forward/midfielder Sara Hohn (Frederick, Md./Thomas Johnson) scored a pair of second half goals and assisted on another to lead Shepherd University (4-9-1, 3-9-1 PSAC East) to a 3-2 win over Lock Haven (5-9-1, 3-9-1 PSAC East) in PSAC East women's soccer action at Lock Haven on Wednesday.
Josie Swartz scored on a penalty kick at the 29:17 mark to give Lock Haven a 1-0 lead at the break.
Hohn scored on a free kick at the 60:05 mark to tie the game.
Shepherd took a 2-1 lead when at the 65:48 mark when freshman midfielder Delaney Bittner (York, Pa./Red Lion Area Senior) scored on an assist from Hohn.
Lock Haven tied the game on a penalty kick from Swartz at the 72:56 mark.
Hohn netted the game-winner on a pass from senior forward Madi White (Hamilton, Va./Woodgrove) at the 82:53 mark.
Sophomore goalkeeper Faith Geraci (Keedysville, Md./Boonsboro) had five saves for the Rams. Kylie Auman had six saves for the Bald Eagles.
Shepherd had a 15-13 advantage in shots and a 9-7 edge in shots on goal. Lock Haven had a 6-5 edge in corner kicks.
The Rams return to action on Saturday when they host Millersville for a 1 p.m. contest.
