SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va. – Shepherd University (1-3-0, 0-3-0 PSAC East) dropped a 4-0 decision to Bloomsburg (3-2-1, 2-1-1 PSAC East) in PSAC East women's soccer action at Shepherd on Saturday.
Campbell Power and Natalie Holmes each had first-half goals to give the Huskies a 2-0 lead at the break.
Paige Harris and Keira Flanagan each added goals in the second half.
Senior Lulu Fricks (Alexandria, Va./Hayfield) (2 GA, 3 saves, 45:00) and sophomore Faith Geraci (Keedysville, Md./Boonsboro) (2 GA, 2 saves, 45:00) combined for five saves in goal for the Rams. Alexa Ryan had a pair of saves for the Huskies.
Bloomsburg had a 12-2 advantage in shots and a 2-0 edge in corner kicks.
The Rams return to action on Wednesday when they travel to Shippensburg for a 6:30 p.m. contest.
