MILLERSVILLE, Pa. – Shepherd University (11-6, 3-2 PSAC East) swept Millersville (13-3, 3-1 PSAC East) in PSAC East volleyball action at Millersville on Saturday afternoon. The Rams gained a 25-14, 25-20, 25-19 win for their third consecutive victory. 

Senior outside hitter Mikaylah Hoy (Sharpsburg, Md./Heritage Academy) had 11 kills and 12 digs to lead the Rams. Sophomore middle blocker Joi Fairweather (Tamarac, Fla./Calvary Christian Academy) added 11 kills. 

Junior setter Victoria Nicholes (North Huntington, Pa./Norwin) contributed  30 assists and five aces, while redshirt-sophomore libero Claire Ellis (Louisa, Va./Saint Catherine's School) recorded  17 digs and five aces. 

Rose Vail posted seven kills to lead the Marauders.  Emma Ludwig added 21 assists and 11 digs. 

The Rams return to action on Friday when they host Lock Haven for a 7 p.m. match.
