Shepherd Softball Edged by WV State in Season Opener

GLENVILLE, W.Va. – Shepherd University (0-1) dropped a 7-6 decision to West Virginia State (2-5) in softball action at the Glenville State Invitational at the Sue Morris Sports Complex on Friday night.

The Rams return to invitational action on Saturday when they face West Virginia Wesleyan at 9:30 a.m. and IUP at 5 p.m.
