SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va. – Shepherd University (12-4, 4-0 PSAC East) knocked off West Chester (8-8, 1-3 PSAC East) in four sets in PSAC East volleyball action on Friday night at Shepherd. The Rams posted a 25-20, 25-18, 19-25, 25-21 victory.

Sophomore middle hitter Rylee Lenz (Earleville, Md./Bohemia Manor) led the Rams with 13 kills, while senior right side Joi Fairweather (Tamarac, Fla./Calvary Christian Academy) and sophomore middle hitter/right side Sophia Ryan (Monroe, N.Y./Monroe Woodbury)  each recorded nine. Fairweather added a match-high nine block assists, while Ryan had eight.       
                                                                                                                  
Junior setter Macy Buso (Parker, Colorado/Chaparral) contributed 36 assists and seven digs. Senior defensive specialist/libero Harli Zeitz (Lake Worth, Fla./Somerset Academy Canyons) had a match-high 21 digs.

CeCe Isenberg and Anna Richardson each had 13 kills for the Golden Rams. Sydney Heffner added 14 digs.

The Rams return to action on Saturday when they host Millersville for a 4 p.m. match.
