to lift 16th-ranked Shepherd University (9-1-4, 9-1-2 PSAC East) to a 2-1 win over Kutztown (8-2-5, 6-2-5 PSAC East) in PSAC East women's soccer action at Shepherd on Saturday afternoon.

Kutztown, receiving votes in the latest United Soccer Coaches Poll, tied the game at the 34:34 mark on an unassisted goal by Caroline McDonald.
Kutztown had a 11-10 edge in shots with Shepherd holding a 5-4 advantage in shots on goal. The Rams had a 3-2 edge in corner kicks.
Sophomore goalkeeper
Hannah Wilt (Saint Leonard, Md./Calvert) recorded three saves for the Rams. Cassidy Howes had three saves for the Golden Bears.
The Rams return to action on Wednesday when they travel to Mansfield for a 3 p.m. contest.
