SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va. – Shepherd University (24-4) handed Millersville (15-15) a 3-1 setback in PSAC Tournament quarterfinal action on Tuesday night at the Butcher Center. The Rams recorded a 25-20, 25-14, 29-31, 25-22 win for their 16th consecutive victory. Shepherd improved its record this season at the Butcher Center to 13-0.

Joi Fairweather (Tamarac, Fla./Calvary Christian Academy) and sophomore middle hitter/right side
Sophia Ryan (Monroe, N.Y./Monroe Woodbury) each had 14 kills to lead the Rams. Ryan also posted a match-high six block assists.

Rylee Lenz (Earleville, Md./Bohemia Manor) and sophomore outside hitter
Amya Davis (Cortlandt Manor, N.Y./Hendrick Hudson) each added 10 kills. Sophomore outside hitter
Jordan Pryor (Middletown, Md./Middletown) had eight kills, 14 digs, and four block assists.
Junior setter
Macy Buso (Parker, Colorado/Chaparral) contributed 49 assists and 18 digs. Senior defensive specialist/libero
Harli Zeitz (Lake Worth, Fla./Somerset Academy Canyons) tied a career-high effort with 34 digs.
Kylee Schurig had 20 kills to lead the Marauders. Emma Ludwig added 39 assists and 17 digs.
The Rams return to action on Friday when they face Indiana (Pa.), a 3-1 winner over Clarion, in a 5 p.m. match in the tournament semifinals at Gannon.
