Reagan Ackermann (Myersville, Md./Middletown/UNC Wilmington) at the 12:52 mark to lift 16th-ranked Shepherd University (11-1-4, 11-1-2 PSAC East) to a 1-0 win over Lock Haven (2-11-3, 2-11-1 PSAC East) in PSAC East women's soccer action at Shepherd on Saturday. Shepherd 's 11 wins on the year tie the single-season mark of 11 set by the 2005 team (11-10-1).
Shepherd had a 24-1 edge in shots and a 13-0 advantage in shots on goal. The Rams had a 5-1 edge in corner kicks.
Sophomore goalkeeper
Hannah Wilt (Saint Leonard, Md./Calvert) did not record a save as she recorded her eighth shutout of the year for the Rams. Megan Miller had 12 saves for the Bald Eagles.
The Rams return to action on Wednesday when they host Shippensburg for Senior Day at 1 p.m.
