SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va. – Shepherd University (14-5, 4-2 PSAC East) swept Millersville (5-14, 1-5 PSAC East) in PSAC East volleyball action at Millersville on Friday evening. The Rams posted a 25-13, 25-15, 25-20 win. The victory gave Shepherd head coach Alex Hoekstra his 200th career win.
 
Freshman outside hitter Ada McCoy (Bunker Hill, W.Va./Musselman) led the Rams with 10 kills. Junior outside hitter Amya Davis (Cortlandt Manor, N.Y./Hendrick Hudson) and junior middle hitter/right side Sophia Ryan (Monroe, N.Y./Monroe Woodbury) each had eight kills. Ryan added five blocks and a pair of aces.

Senior setter Macy Buso (Parker, Colorado/Chaparral) posted a match-high 30 assists, eight digs, and a pair of aces. Senior libero/defensive specialist Madigan Faircloth (Inwood, W.Va./Musselman/Liberty) added 11 digs and a pair of aces.
 
Addison Van Oosten had five kills for the Marauders. Becca Harcraft added a match-high 12 digs.
 
The Rams return to action on Saturday when they travel to West Chester for a 1 p.m. contest.
