SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va. – Shepherd University (3-1-5, 2-1-5 PSAC East) dropped a 1-0 decision to Kutztown (7-3-0, 6-3-0 PSAC East) in PSAC East women's soccer action at Shepherd on Wednesday afternoon.
The game's only goal came on an unassisted tally by Natalie Ryan at the 24:26 mark.
Redshirt sophomore goalkeeper
Hannah Wilt (Saint Leonard, Md./Calvert) had a pair of saves for the Rams. Morgan O'Donnell had four saves for the Golden Bears.
Shepherd had a 12-9 advantage in shots with a 4-3 edge in shots on goal. The Rams had a 6-2 advantage in corner kicks.
The Rams return to action on Saturday when the host East Stroudsburg for Breast Cancer Awareness Day at 3:30 p.m.
