NORRISTOWN, Pa. – The Shepherd University men's golf team completed first-round action at the Thomas Jefferson Spring Invitational at Jeffersonville Golf Club on Thursday. The Rams are in third-place in a nine-team field.

Senior Joey Leisinger (Hagerstown, Md./South Hagerstown) fired a 69 and is tied for second place to lead the Rams. He is followed by freshman Killian Donnelly (Palmyra, Va./Palmyra) (72, 4th), senior Trey Rios (Denver, Pa./Cocalico) (79, T-32nd), senior Morgan Dehoff (Rohrersville, Md./Boonsboro) (80, T-36th), and sophomore Andrew Taylor (Summit Point, W.Va./Washington) (82, T-42nd). 

The Rams return to action on Friday for final round action.
