Andrew Tschumper enters his first season after being named head men's golf coach for the Rams prior to the 2026-27 season. He brings more than two decades of experience in instruction, player development, and tournament golf to the Shepherd program.

Tschumper has spent more than 20 years in the golf industry as a golf professional, instructor, and coach. After serving in the United States Marine Corps, he attended the San Diego Golf Academy, graduating in 2005, and began his professional career at La Costa Resort & Spa in Southern California.

He currently serves as a Golf Professional at Cacapon Resort State Park and is a PGA Associate working toward PGA membership.

Throughout his career he has remained passionate about teaching the game, developing players, and helping golfers reach their full potential both on and off the course.
