CLARION, Pa. -- The Shepherd University volleyball team (17-0, 5-0 PSAC) recorded a 3-0 (25-11, 25-10, 25-21) win over Clarion (11-6, 3-2 PSAC) in PSAC volleyball action at Clarion on Friday night. The Rams extended their win streak to 17 matches.
Senior outside hitter Cambriea Hill (Columbia, Md./Hammond) topped the Rams with 12 kills. Sophomore middle hitter Georgia Ohmke (Falls Church, Va./Justice) added seven kills with a .778 attack percentage. Ohmke added a match-high nine blocks (two solos).
Senior outside hitter Peyton Lindblad (Spotsylvania, Va./Riverbend)  had five kills and a match-high six aces. Junior setter Jessica Karcz (Westminster, Md./Westminster) contributed 26 assists and seven digs, while senior libero Imani Major (Gainesville, Va./Millbrook) posted a game-high 14 digs.
Julia Holden had seven kills and Lydia Leiner added six for the Golden Eagles.
The Rams return to action on Saturday when they travel to Slippery Rock for a 4Â p.m. contest.
