MILLERSVILLE, Pa. -- Shepherd University (26-5, 14-5 PSAC ) dropped a 3-0 (25-17, 25-20, 25-12) decision to Millersville (25-7, 15-4 PSAC) in PSAC volleyball action at Millersvillle on Saturday.
Senior outside hitter Peyton Lindblad (Spotsylvania, Va./Riverbend)   and freshman middle blocker Elyssia Smith (Fredericksburg, Va./Colonial Forge)  each had eight kills to lead the Rams. Sophomore middle hitter Georgia Ohmke (Falls Church, Va./Justice) added seven kills.
Junior setter Jessica Karcz (Westminster, Md./Westminster) had 22 assists. Senior libero Imani Major (Gainesville, Va./Millbrook) recorded a 17 digs and freshman outside hitter Mikaylah Hoy (Sharpsburg, Md./Heritage Academy)Â Â added 11.
Lindsey Blevins had 17 kills and Jayci Suseland added 13 to lead the Marauders. Katie Laughlin had 37 assists.
Fifth-seeded Shepherd will travel to fourth-seeded Millersville on Tuesday for a 7 p.m. match in quarterfinal action of the PSAC Tournament.
