BLOOMSBURG, Pa. – Shepherd University (15-4, 7-0 PSAC East) recorded a five-set win over Bloomsburg (6-13, 4-3 PSAC East) in PSAC East volleyball action at Bloomsburg on Saturday. The Rams recorded a 25-27, 27-25, 25-23, 14-25, 15-11 win for their seventh consecutive victory.

Senior right side Joi Fairweather (Tamarac, Fla./Calvary Christian Academy) led the Rams with a match-high 18 kills.  Sophomore middle hitter/right side Sophia Ryan (Monroe, N.Y./Monroe Woodbury) added 12 kills and 10 blocks (two solos). Sophomore outside hitter Jordan Pryor (Middletown, Md./Middletown) had 11 kills and 13 digs.   
            
Junior setter Macy Buso (Parker, Colorado/Chaparral) contributed 42 assists and 11 digs. Senior defensive specialist/libero Harli Zeitz (Lake Worth, Fla./Somerset Academy Canyons) had a match-high 22 digs.

Marlee Johnson had 16 kills and Katie Kuehl added 12 for the Huskies. Elise Adelman had 15 digs and Emily Gustie contributed 14.

The Rams return to action on Tuesday when they host Fairmont State for a 6 p.m. match.
