BLOOMSBURG, Pa. – Shepherd University (11-4, 1-1 PSAC East) recorded a four-set win over Bloomsburg (7-7, 0-3 PSAC East) in PSAC East volleyball action at Bloomsburg on Friday evening. The Rams posted a 25-20, 19-25, 25-17, 25-23 victory.
 
Freshman right side hitter Emily Ryder (Smithsburg, Md./Smithsburg) recorded 12 kills to pace the Rams. Junior outside hitter Amya Davis (Cortlandt Manor, N.Y./Hendrick Hudson) added 11 kills and five aces.
 
Junior middle hitter Rylee Lenz (Earleville, Md./Bohemia Manor) had a match-high four blocks, while junior middle hitter/right side Sophia Ryan (Monroe, N.Y./Monroe Woodbury) added three.

Senior setter Macy Buso (Parker, Colorado/Chaparral) posted a match-high 31 assists and 10 digs. Senior libero/defensive specialist Madigan Faircloth (Inwood, W.Va./Musselman/Liberty) recorded nine digs.
 
Marlee Johnson had a match-high 15 kills and Katie Kuehl added 12 to lead the Huskies. Emily Gustie added 16 digs.
 
The Rams return to action on Saturday when they travel to Lock Haven for a 1 p.m. contest.
