FLORENCE, S.C. – UNC Pembroke (7-2) rallied past Shepherd University (0-6) for a 6-2 win in baseball action at Francis Marion on Saturday.
UNC Pembroke took a 1-0 lead in the second inning on an RBI-single by Blake Hinson.
Shepherd tied the game in the third as junior outfielder
Bodie Pullen (Winchester, Va./James Wood) singled, stole second, and later scored on a single by junior outfielder

The Rams took a 2-1 lead in the fourth when redshirt-senior outfielder

The Braves took advantage of four walks and a hit to plate four runs in the seventh to grab a 5-2 advantage.

Wyatt Miles (Waterford, Va./Woodgrove/Frederick CC) added a 2-for-5 effort to pace the Rams.
Hinson went 2-for-3 and drove in a pair of runs for the Braves.
